Refund policy

Overview:

We strive to ensure that every client has an experience worthy of a Prince, and are committed to resolving product issues with efficiency and integrity.

All made-to-order and personalized products are final sale, with replacements and refunds exclusively for product issues requested via (bsr@cavalierheirlooms.com) within (10) business days of delivery confirmation.

Transparently, resolutions can be (5-10X) more than legacy brands due to the nature of our business — indie creator, boutique studio, handmade-to-order, personalized, etc.

Email:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Proof of product and packaging in brand new condition
  • Description of the product issue with images and videos

Process: Maximum (3-5) business days per step

  1. We review the email and share pre-approval status for live inspection
  2. If pre-approved, we send a return shipping label with instructions
  3. We inspect the product live and share approval status
  4. If approved, we initiate replacement or refund to the original payment method

Exceptions:

  • If products are returned, without following the email and process above, we will resolve the product issue at our discretion
  • If products are returned, and the client is unresponsive for (20) business days, products are eligible to be relisted for sale
